Barbro Peterson

Barbro Peterson, born Barbro Edwardsson, emerged into the world in Örebro, Sweden, a city steeped in rich history and cultural heritage. Her life would later become intertwined with that of her husband, the illustrious Swedish Formula One driver, Ronnie Peterson. Together, they shared a deep love and created a family, welcoming their precious daughter, Nina Louise, into the world in November 1975. Tragedy would soon strike, however, when Ronnie's life was cut short in 1978, leaving Barbro to confront the profound grief that followed. The weight of her loss would ultimately become too much to bear, and on December 19, 1987, Barbro's life came to a sorrowful end. She was laid to rest, her final resting place, alongside her beloved husband, in the Peterson family grave, nestled in the heart of Örebro, Sweden, a testament to the enduring bond they shared.
