Bill Cardille, fondly referred to as "Chilly Billy", hails from the charming town of Sharon, Pennsylvania, where his storied broadcasting career first took root in 1952. At the tender age of twenty-two, Cardille began his professional journey in Erie, Pennsylvania, as a fledgling talent at WICV Channel 12. Fast forward to 1957, and Cardille made the Steel City his permanent residence, signing on with WIIC Channel 11, a broadcasting behemoth that would eventually evolve into the esteemed WPXI.
It was during his tenure at WIIC Channel 11 that Cardille truly made his mark, assuming the role of host for a plethora of historic programs that continue to captivate audiences to this day. Among his most notable credits are the iconic Studio Wrestling, Dance Party, and the inimitable Chiller Theater, a beloved institution that has left an indelible mark on the world of television.
Bill's impressive career has been marked by a multitude of accolades and recognitions for his tireless volunteer efforts and numerous achievements.

He shares his life with his loving wife, Louise, and together they reside in the charming North Hills neighborhood. Their family is blessed with three wonderful children, Lori, Marea, and Bill, who have brought immense joy to their lives. In addition, they are also proud grandparents of four adorable grandchildren.
