Biography

Christine "Blaze" Kelly Coyle is a multifaceted American artist, born in Philadelphia, who has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry. She began her television career at the tender age of ten, singing on ABC's "The Al Albert's Showcase".

As a regular performer, Blaze appeared on "The Chief Halftown Show", alongside notable personalities Traynor Ora Halftown and Larry Ferrari, also on ABC. Her impressive resume also includes being a member of Lucille Russo's Boardwalk Star Revue in Atlantic City, where she won several prestigious singing titles, including College Star Search, Tony Grant's Star of Tomorrow, Talent America, and Miss Spirit of America.

Blaze's passion for supporting veterans began at a young age, inspired by her father James (Navy) and both grandfathers, Severino "Sam" Lupi (Army) and Happy Girvin (Army),who all served. Instead of pursuing a career in the military, Blaze dedicated two decades to volunteering at the New Jersey Memorial Home, where her mother, Mary Ann Coyle, worked for nearly 40 years before retiring.

During her college years at West Chester University, Blaze faced a significant setback when she experienced a temporary loss of her singing and speaking abilities, resulting in the loss of her scholarship and a temporary hiatus. However, this challenging period led her to reflect and discover new opportunities, which ultimately guided her to Rowan University.

At Rowan, Blaze found a new voice as a part-time disc jockey on WGLS FM, followed by a full-time position on WRDR, and eventually expanded to news and traffic reporting for Metro Networks/Westwood One in Philadelphia.

With a heart full of ambition and a love for travel, Blaze relocated to California for a couple of years before returning to the vibrant streets of New York City, the epicenter of opportunity and dreams. She seamlessly transitioned between in-front-of and behind-the-camera roles, exploring uncharted territories and culminating in the establishment of Silver Phoenix Entertainment.

The company embodies Blaze's vision, allowing her to pursue artistic endeavors while contributing meaningfully to the world of storytelling. Today, Blaze resides in the Metro New York area and hosts a weekly entertainment and lifestyle podcast, "The Silver Phoenix Happy Hour", alongside Ken Smith.
