Calvin C. Winbush, a Detroit, Michigan native and Michigan State University alumnus, embarked on an acting career after relocating to New York City to initially pursue music production and songwriting endeavors.
During his time on the set of Lipstick Jungle in 2008, Calvin received valuable advice and encouragement from esteemed industry professionals Timothy Busfield and Brooke Shields, urging him to explore his passion for acting.
Following their guidance, Calvin enrolled in acting classes at the Sledge Project Studios and underwent tutelage under the esteemed Wynn Handman, subsequently landing roles in a diverse array of projects throughout New York City.
Now based in Los Angeles, Calvin has established himself as a dynamic, talented, and professional working actor, consistently charting a steady course within the industry.
