Born and raised in the west end of Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Carlisle's childhood was marked by a deep-seated passion for the world of entertainment. From a young age, he harbored dreams of captivating audiences on the screen and stage, but unfortunately, acting wasn't a part of his reality growing up. With no clear direction or guidance on how to pursue his aspirations, Carlisle's desire to become an actor seemed like an unattainable goal.
However, fate intervened when a friend revealed that they were involved in a commercial, sparking Carlisle's curiosity. He asked his friend to share the "easy" steps to becoming an actor, and this chance encounter marked the beginning of his journey. Carlisle subsequently enrolled in training programs at EVN Studios and The Pro Actors Lab, laying the foundation for his future success.
Since then, Carlisle has appeared in a diverse range of films and television series, including the TIFF Official selection "Akilla's Escape", Netflix's "Titans", CityTv's "Hudson and Rex", "After the Storm", and "A Very Country Christmas". With each new role, Carlisle strives to push himself to new heights and break down barriers, driven by his insatiable desire to connect with people through the screen and transport them to a world of emotion.
