Carlos Rincon is a seasoned development executive at Premiere Entertainment Group (PEG),where he has showcased his expertise as an executive producer on a diverse range of films, including THE COMMANDO, LOCKED IN, NIGHT OF THE SICARIO, BLOWBACK, BLACK WARRANT, and SHRAPNEL, which starred notable actors such as Mickey Rourke, Michael Jai White, Mena Suvari, Natasha Henstridge, Randy Couture, Cam Gigandet, Tom Berenger, and Jason Patric.
As a highly respected acquisitions executive, Rincon is renowned for his exceptional rapport with filmmakers and his profound understanding of film as both an art form and a commercial venture. Over the years, he has consistently attended prestigious film festivals such as Cannes, Berlin, Toronto-TIFF, Sundance, and SXSW, where he identifies promising films, screens them, and collaborates with the sales team to determine a project's domestic and international value.
Prior to joining PEG, Rincon held the position of Head of Acquisitions at Spotlight Pictures, where he acquired films featuring award-winning actors such as Jessica Chastain, Dakota Johnson, Jason Schwartzman, Katie Holmes, Jean Reno, Mila Kunis, William H. Macy, Rosamund Pike, Bill Paxton, and William Hurt.
Rincon has also built long-term relationships with filmmakers, having worked on five films with the multi-talented actor/filmmaker James Franco and his production company Rabbit Bandini. He is a graduate of the Los Angeles Film School and has a deep passion for the film industry.
