Carly Wijs is a renowned actress, best known for her captivating portrayal of the ex-wife Tamar Mandelbaum in the popular RTL 4 series Divorce (2012). Her extensive career has spanned across various mediums, including television, film, and theatre.
In the realm of television, Carly has made notable appearances in Oud geld (1998),a drama series created by Willem van de Sande Bakhuyzen and Maria Goos, as well as Telefilm Cop vs. Killer (2012) and the series Lijn 32 (2012). Her impressive range has allowed her to take on diverse roles, including the main character in the Videoland series Suspects (2017) and a role in the mini-series De maatschap (2016).
After graduating from the Maastricht Theater Academy in 1990, Carly has worked with various theatre companies, including the Needcompany, Ro Theater, NTGent, Roovers, Victoria, and Zuidelijk Toneel.
