Catherine Haun's journey began in Los Angeles, where she was born to James and Diane Haun, amidst a loving family of six siblings. Growing up, she had the privilege of experiencing various environments, including Los Angeles, Catalina Island, and other locations in the southwest region. Her academic pursuits took her to Pacific Palisades High School, where she laid the foundation for her future endeavors.
Catherine's thirst for knowledge led her to Carnegie-Mellon University, where she earned a degree in Drama. Her academic trajectory continued at The Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City, where she obtained a Master's degree in Social Work (MSW). This multifaceted education prepared her for the various roles she would assume in her life.
On a personal note, Catherine has been married to her husband, Art Edwards, a physicist, since 1989. Together, they have two children, and their family has been a constant source of love and support throughout her life.

Between 2018 and 2019, she showcased her short film, Mrs. Murphy's Confession, at various film festivals, garnering critical acclaim and awards.
