Choice Skinner, a multifaceted individual, was born and raised in the vibrant borough of Brooklyn, New York. Following his graduation from Samuel J. Tilden high school, he embarked on a journey to Augusta, Georgia, where he spent twelve formative years before relocating to the City of Angels, Los Angeles.
In the City of Angels, Choice spent twenty-four years honing his skills and building a reputation as a valuable collaborator and asset to the music and film industries. His influence as a film director can be seen in the award-winning dramatic short film "Brotherly Love" and the webisode "The One Percent". Moreover, he won the esteemed Facebook Short Film Competition with the short film "A Second Thought", beating out the likes of Oscar-winning actress Octavia Spencer.
Choice's production partnership with Vincenzo Productions, owned and operated by writer-producer Tony Germinario, led to the opportunity to direct his first full-length feature film "Wingman, Inc.". As an actor, Choice has recently made an appearance in an episode of the CW's television show "All American", released his feature film, a romantic dramedy "A New Life" through Buffalo 8 on all major streaming platforms, and is currently in pre-production with Vincenzo Productions for the Southern Gothic horror film "The Legend Of Ciscero" and the action thriller "And Then You Die".
This talented individual has garnered recognition for his work, earning a 2024 NAACP Image Award nomination in the category of Outstanding Breakthrough Creative for the direction of the feature film "A New Life". Moreover, he took home the award for "Best Writer" for the film "A New Life" at the 2024 World Entertainment Awards.
