Claudio Lattanzi is a renowned filmmaker, best known for his work on the horror genre. He started his career in the 1980s as an assistant director on films such as Deliria, House 3 - Ghosthouse, Interzone, and The Church.
Under the pseudonym Claude Milliken, Lattanzi directed his first film, Zombie 5: Killing Birds, in 1988. The film was produced by Joe D'Amato's Filmirage and featured some direction by D'Amato himself.
In the following year, Lattanzi was involved in the distribution of The House 4 - Witchcraft, a film directed by Fabrizio Laurenti and considered an apocryphal sequel to the Evil Dead series.
After a hiatus from filmmaking, Lattanzi returned to directing in 2018 with Aquarius Visionarius - The Cinema of Michele Soavi, a documentary about the career of Michele Soavi. The film featured interviews with Dario Argento, Pietro Valsecchi, Michele Placido, and Sergio Stivaletti.
In 2019, Lattanzi directed the horror film Crucified, and also presented Everybloody's End at the Sitges Film Festival.
