Cody Daniel, a multifaceted individual, was born in Arlington, Texas, to Mark and Sheila Daniel, his parents who played a significant role in shaping his life. His father, a nuclear engineer, worked for a prominent Texas power company, while his mother was involved in marketing. Cody has a younger brother, Brayden, and a younger sister, Kaydence, who have been an integral part of his life.
As a young boy, Cody's passion for the arts was evident, and he showcased his talent by auditioning for the high school play, "MAME," when he was just in the sixth grade. He landed the lead role of Patrick, which marked the beginning of his journey in the world of acting. Simultaneously, he developed a fascination for hockey and began playing as a goaltender. At the age of 14, he won his first national championship, and his skills continued to improve. He attended a prestigious goal tending academy at the age of 16 and went on to play professionally until he was 24.
After retiring from professional hockey, Cody's interest in acting was rekindled when he stumbled upon a radio advertisement about TV shows in Dallas seeking background actors. This sparked his passion for acting, and he began landing small roles in commercials and independent films. While working on the TV shows "Chase" and "The Good Guys," he enrolled in acting, stunts, and weapons training classes to hone his skills. Cody's hard work paid off when he landed a speaking role on the last episode of season 2 of the TV show "Dallas," earning him SAG eligibility.
Subsequently, Cody worked on the movie "Olympus Has Fallen" as a stunt performer. Currently, he continues to work on various TV shows, films, commercials, and print work, showcasing his versatility and dedication to his craft.
