Initially, Cody's career aspirations were geared towards the realm of Aerospace Engineering, yet as time progressed, his true calling remained steadfastly rooted in the world of performing arts, ultimately solidifying his commitment to a life in the spotlight.

Cody's impressive aptitude for acting became increasingly evident during his secondary education, as he actively participated in various esteemed theatrical events, including the Los Angeles Film and Television Awards, the LAFTAs, and the prestigious National Shakespeare Schools Festival.

Upon the completion of his A-Levels, Cody returned to his native South Africa and enrolled in a comprehensive, three-year professional acting training program at the renowned ACT Cape Town, a premier institution dedicated to fostering the development of talented performers.

In addition to his rigorous training at ACT Cape Town, Cody also pursued the esteemed LAMDA PCertLam Level 3 Diploma, a highly respected qualification that demands exceptional skill and dedication.
