Corinne Massiah is a talented actress who has been making a name for herself in the entertainment industry. Born to a family of twins, her parents encouraged her and her sister to take acting classes to channel their sibling energy into something positive. Massiah's love for acting was evident from her first class, and she quickly realized that she enjoyed performing in front of an audience.
Massiah made her television debut at the age of 8 on the CBS crime-drama series, CSI: NY. She then went on to book guest-star roles on NCIS and appeared in several television commercials for brands such as AMERICAN GIRLDOLL, PROGRESSIVE, and AT&T.
In addition to her television work, Massiah has also appeared in several films, including the action-adventure movie G.I. JOE: RETALIATION, where she played the daughter of Dwayne Johnson's character. She has also had supporting roles in the critically acclaimed horror-comedy BAD HAIR and the ABC series MISTRESSES.
Massiah's latest role is as a series regular on the Ryan Murphy executive-produced series 9-1-1, where she plays the character May Grant, the daughter of Angela Bassett's character. The show explores the high-pressure experiences of first responders and has finished its sixth season on the Fox Network, with subsequent seasons set to air on ABC.
When she's not acting, Massiah loves dogs, especially her rescue poodle named Scooby. Her dream is to one day have her own humane animal rescue facility.
