Dawn's journey in the entertainment industry began as a stage actor in New York, where she spent nearly a decade performing in off-broadway productions. Today, she is a multi-talented individual based in Los Angeles, working as a writer, actor, and director.
One of her notable projects is the indie feature film GREENER GRASS, which she co-wrote, co-directed, and co-starred in alongside Jocelyn DeBoer. The film premiered at the Sundance Film Festival in 2019. Her acting credits also include appearances on HBO's HIGH MAINTENANCE and TruTV's ADAM RUINS EVERYTHING.
In addition to her work in television, Dawn is the co-creator and star of the IFC web-series RAGE. Her literary endeavors include the publication of a book of comedic essays and preteen diary entries, MY 1992 DIARY, with Abrams Books.
