Don Johnson is a renowned American actor, best known for his iconic role as Det. Sonny Crockett in the 1980s television series Miami Vice. Born in Flat Creek, Missouri, Johnson grew up in a family of a beautician mother and a farmer father. As a child, he wanted to become a professional bowler, but later discovered his passion for acting after a few brushes with the law.
