Berinstein has worked as a producer and/or executive for various major studios and networks, including Paramount Pictures, Warner Brothers, Sony Pictures, NBC, MTV, Nickelodeon, Sesame Workshop, Oxygen Media, Vestron Pictures, and Walt Disney Imagineering. She has received numerous awards and honors for her work, including Broadway's Robert Whitehead Award for Outstanding Achievement in Commercial Theatre Producing and the Jacob Burns Vision Award.
In addition to her impressive career, Berinstein is the co-founder and CEO of The Broadway Podcast Network, the preeminent home for Broadway-related digital storytelling. She serves on the Broadway League's Board of Governors, as well as the New Dramatists and Jacob Burns Board of Directors. Berinstein began her professional career as an investment banker in mergers and acquisitions for Morgan Stanley.
