Ed Gage was born in Plantation, Florida, and spent his early years in Boca Raton, Florida, before relocating to Buffalo, New York with his family at the tender age of four. This marked the beginning of a life filled with music, as Ed started playing music at the age of eight and picked up the guitar at eleven.
As he continued to hone his musical skills, Ed also discovered his passion for equestrianism, training in show jumping from the age of eight to twelve. Later on, he expanded his musical repertoire to include singing and bass guitar. By the age of twelve, Ed was already playing in original bands and tribute bands, a talent that would serve him well throughout his life.
As he entered his teenage years, Ed began to explore his acting abilities, starting with YouTube projects and eventually landing a role in a film project through a classmate's discovery. Throughout high school and college, Ed worked tirelessly in multiple internships, gaining experience in radio and broadcast television in Buffalo, New York.
After graduating from Niagara County Community College with a 1 Year Certificate in Audio Recording & Production in 2013, Ed went on to earn an Associate of Science degree in Communication & Media Arts from Erie Community College in 2014, where he made the Dean's list. He was then accepted into Florida Atlantic University as a major in Film/Video/New Media, where he also studied Sociology, Theatre, and Music.
During his time at FAU, Ed got involved in the haunted attraction industry, working for one of the top attractions in Florida State, Enigma Haunt. He graduated from FAU in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, making the Dean's list an impressive five times.
Following his graduation, Ed relocated to Los Angeles, California, determined to take his acting and music career to the next level. He has since worked on numerous projects, including TV shows, full-length features, commercials, and short films, while also releasing music and performing live shows with both his solo project and his band Steelwitch.
In addition to his work in the entertainment industry, Ed has also embarked on a journey in the Martial Arts world, studying Tae Kwon Do and other forms of Martial Arts, showcasing his fighting skills onscreen. Throughout his journey, Ed has remained active, working on multiple productions and performing in bands in Hollywood.
