Canadian actress Ella Ballentine was born in 2001 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Throughout her illustrious career, she has received numerous accolades, including the Canadian Screen Award in 2018, Runner-up of the Fangoria Chainsaw Award in 2017, and Honourable Mention of the Whistler Film Festival in 2020.
Ella's film career began with a Hallmark TV movie, Baby's First Christmas, starring Casper Van Dien in 2012. Since then, she has played leading and supporting roles alongside renowned actors such as Susan Sarandon in The Calling, Martin Sheen in Anne of Green Gables, L.M. Montgomery's Anne of Green Gables: The Good Stars, Anne of Green Gables: Fire and Dew, and The Captive, alongside Ryan Reynolds and Rosario Dawson. She has also worked with Laurence Fishburne and Thomas Jane in Standoff, and Zoe Kazan in the critically acclaimed feature, The Monster.
