Emily Fonda was born in Sydney, Australia, where she later earned a Bachelor of Communications degree from Griffith University. Initially, she aimed to pursue a career in journalism, but a brief stint in London, England, performing with the Thieving Dingo Theatre Company, sparked her interest in the performing arts.
After relocating to Vancouver, Canada, Emily's aspirations of becoming a dedicated actress were reignited. Since settling in Hollywood North, she has appeared in several television series, including "Citizen", "Witches of East End", "Girlfriends Guide to Divorce", and "The Tomorrow People".
Emily's notable role is Ann Marie in "Supernatural" Season 10, where she starred alongside Jensen Ackles. In 2014, she made her feature film debut in Tim Burton's "Big Eyes", followed by a highly anticipated appearance in "Fifty Shades of Grey", playing the role of Martina. Her iconic line, "Mr. Grey will see you now", was featured in the film's trailer.
