Erika Prevost is a multifaceted individual, born and raised in the vibrant city of Montreal, Canada, with a unique blend of Japanese and Canadian heritage.
From a young age, Erika was drawn to the spotlight, and her passion for performance was first expressed through movement, leading her to pursue a career in dance. She honed her craft in various styles, including HipHop, Contemporary, Ballet, Jazz, and Ballroom.
Erika's dance credits are extensive, featuring work on notable projects such as NBC's The Voice, the Just For Laughs Gala, Cirque du Soleil's NBA All Star Games and Pan Am Games Opening Ceremony, and many more.
After discovering her love for acting, Erika landed a series regular role on Disney's hit teen dance drama TV series The Next Step, which marked the beginning of her journey in the world of acting. She then furthered her education at The National Theatre School of Canada, majoring in Acting in 2020.
Erika has since made her mark in the film and television industry, appearing in a range of projects, including Sony's Party Of Five, Amazon Prime's Colors of Love, Lionsgate's Step Up All In, Starz' American Gods, Lifetime's Saying Yes To Christmas, and Universal Picture's 7th installment of the hit franchise Bring It On, to name a few.
With her extensive experience in both dance and acting, Erika has had the opportunity to film across the country, from the west coast (Vancouver) to the east coast (Halifax). Despite the ever-changing nature of the industry, Erika remains committed to sharing her love of storytelling with as many people as possible, while maintaining honesty and relatability in her work.
Currently based in Toronto, Erika continues to pursue her passion for acting, always striving to push herself creatively and professionally.
