Foteini Baxevani, a talented Greek actress and director, was born on July 3, 1971, in Kallithea Attica.
With a strong educational background, she graduated from the prestigious Drama School of the National Theater in 1992, marking the beginning of her illustrious career.
Throughout her four-decade-long journey in the theater, Foteini has taken on numerous roles, showcasing her versatility as an actress, composer, and director. Her extensive repertoire comprises over 40 performances, solidifying her position as a prominent figure in the Greek theatrical scene.
One of her most notable roles was in the ANT1 series, Crimes, where she played the character of Pepi, the close friend of Sosos Papadima, captivating a wide audience with her exceptional acting skills.
Foteini's impressive career has seen her perform at various esteemed institutions, including the State Theater of Northern Greece in Thessaloniki, where she starred in the critically acclaimed production of Loxandra, which drew in excess of 100,000 spectators.
In 2017, she received the award for Best Female Performance at the Drama Short Film Festival for her outstanding portrayal in the film Uranya.
From 2017 to 2021, Foteini starred in the popular show Kyra tis Ro, which premiered in October 2017 and received widespread acclaim from audiences and critics alike, with performances in three theaters in Athens, three in Thessaloniki, as well as in various locations across mainland and island Greece, Cyprus, Australia, and America.
