Person Biography:
Greg Allan Martin was born and raised in Little Rock, Arkansas. His early love for sports led him to a football scholarship at Vanderbilt University, where he played for four years and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a degree in math and economics. He then went on to Harvard Law School, where he graduated and became a criminal prosecutor for nearly three decades in the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.
During his time as a prosecutor, Greg continued to pursue his passion for acting, appearing in over 25 theatrical productions in Los Angeles. He particularly enjoyed playing the role of Atticus Finch in To Kill a Mockingbird.
Greg's film and television career took off with roles in Ozark, Mad Men, Rebel, Dynasty, Colin in Black and White, Madden NFL, The Resident, Heartbeat, and The Young and the Restless. His courtroom experience and athletic background also led to roles as a judge and football coach.
In 2022, Greg made the decision to transition fully from the world of law to the world of acting, and was soon cast as a series regular in the SONY/Affirm Originals series Shadrach, playing the role of a rugged rancher and patriarch.
