Greg is widely recognized as the visionary mastermind behind the critically acclaimed Netflix Documentary Series, "Cheer" and "Last Chance U". In addition to his impressive work on these projects, he has also produced and directed several other notable documentaries, including "Mitt" (2012),"Most Likely to Succeed" (2014),"Resolved" (2008),and "New York Doll" (2006).
Born and raised in Bellevue, Washington, Greg's passion for filmmaking was evident from an early age. He went on to attend Brigham Young University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Film and Theater. His academic achievements were followed by a Master of Fine Arts degree in Film from the prestigious Art Center College of Design in Pasadena.
Greg's personal life is just as fulfilling as his professional one. He is happily married to Erin Whiteley and is a devoted father to their two children, Henry and Scout.
