Harvey Hubbell V is a renowned documentary filmmaker and social entrepreneur, celebrated for his innovative approach to creating educational and socially conscious media. With a career spanning nearly three decades, Harvey has founded Captured Time Productions, a media company that has produced numerous award-winning documentaries and short-form projects.

Harvey's early success came with the docu-comedy "Electronic Road Film," which won an Emmy for Outstanding Entertainment Program. He then released his first feature-length documentary, "Loop Dreams," in 2001. This serio-comedic film about the indie filmmaking world earned three Emmys for Outstanding Entertainment Program, Individual Achievement for Directing, and Program Writing, as well as the Gold World Medal for Comedy at The New York Festivals.

In 2013, Harvey released his passion project, "Dislecksia: The Movie," a documentary feature that focuses on dyslexia.
