Howy, a renowned and accomplished thespian and wordsmith, hails from the picturesque Wirral region of the United Kingdom, born in the year 1985. However, it wasn't until he reached the ripe age of 18 that he discovered his true passion for acting, a revelation that would subsequently lead him to leave the confines of his educational institution. In 2007, Howy earned his Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Drama and English Literature from The University of Central Lancashire, a testament to his burgeoning talent and dedication to his craft.
Undeterred by the rigors of formal education, Howy opted to further hone his skills by enrolling in a one-year postgraduate course at the International School of Screen Acting, graduating with a diploma in Screen Acting in 2009. This rigorous training would ultimately serve as the springboard for his future success.
In a creative partnership that would prove to be both fruitful and enduring, Howy joined forces with his long-standing friend and collaborator, Peter Morrell, to co-found Party Hard Films, a venture that would allow him to bring his unique perspective and artistic vision to the world of filmmaking.
