James, a talented actor and comedian from Texas, now residing in Los Angeles, has a rich background in the entertainment industry. Prior to relocating to LA, he spent a decade in New York City, where he honed his skills in improv and sketch comedy at prestigious venues such as Upright Citizens Brigade, The PIT, and the Magnet Theater.
During his time in NYC, James was a member of the UCB's Maude Night sketch team, Night Eaters, and performed alongside his sketch duo, Coker & Stratton. His impressive resume includes appearances in numerous television shows, including Mythic Quest, American Horror Stories, Reasonable Doubt, 13 Reasons Why, 30 Rock, Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Full Frontal with Samantha Bee, and more.
James has also lent his voice to various roles in the Audible original series, 64th Man, alongside John Cena. His writing credits include the New York Television Festival pilots, Classless (2013) and The Other Kennedys (2015),as well as several live sketch shows, videos, and the web series Trump Bros (2016-2017),Tailgating With (2017),and Crypto Boyz (2019).
From 2018 to 2021, James served as a spokesperson for a national campaign for Spectrum and Spectrum Mobile. His upcoming projects include appearances in the upcoming season of Ted on Peacock and the Anna Boden & Ryan Fleck film, Freaky Tales.
