Biography

James Stellos, a talented individual, was born on Christmas day in the city of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, as the eldest of five brothers and the son of a restaurateur. His early exposure to the world of acting began at the tender age of eleven, when he landed the role of the juvenile lead in the production of "The King and I" at the Pittsburgh Playhouse.

As a pre-teen, James spent numerous seasons honing his craft in summer stock performances. His classical training at Carnegie-Mellon University, where he earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Drama with honors, was further recognized with the prestigious Norman Appel Award from the university's drama department.

Throughout his career, James has excelled as a film, television, and regional theatre actor, also making appearances off-off-Broadway. In Los Angeles, his theatre work has garnered him numerous accolades, including the Best Performance by a Featured Actor in a Comedy award from Stage Scene L.A., a Garland Award for Best Ensemble Performance, and two nominations for Artistic Director Achievement Awards, one for Best Actor in a Musical and the other for Best Actor in a Comedy.

The Los Angeles Times has praised James' work on stage, stating, "James Stellos is an impossible act to follow."
