Jasmine Blackborow, a talented individual, was born in Hackney and spent her formative years in North London, laying the foundation for her future success.
In the realm of film, Jasmine has had the opportunity to work with renowned directors and actors, playing the role of Charly in Guy Ritchie's Netflix production, The Gentlemen, alongside Theo James and Joely Richardson. Her recent projects include Moss and Freud, where she portrayed Bella Freud alongside Ellie Bamber and Derek Jacobi, and Odyssey, the upcoming feature from acclaimed British director Gerard Johnson. Additionally, she has completed work on The Librarians for CW.
Jasmine has also made a name for herself in the world of television, playing the Princesse de Lamballe in Marie Antoinette, a production penned by Deborah Davis for CAPA Drama, Banijay Studios France, the BBC, and Canal+. The second series of this production is set to be released worldwide. Her other television credits include Marie in Shadow & Bone for Netflix, independent feature films School's out Forever for Rebellion Productions, The Art of Love on Netflix, and the BAFTA-nominated short Aamir.
On stage, Jasmine has had the opportunity to showcase her talents, including a lead role in Super high Resolution, directed by Blanche McIntyre, which received rave reviews. She has also played Marilyn Monroe in Here in America at The Orange Tree.
In addition to her acting career, Jasmine is an experienced voice-over artist, having worked on audio books and video games. Prior to pursuing acting, Jasmine was recognized as a rising talent in filmmaking, being awarded the BBC Blast/BAFTA Bursary for directing in 2009.
