Jasmine Kaar, a talented Malaysian model and actress, was born in the vibrant state of Sarawak, Malaysia. Her remarkable journey in the entertainment industry began with a notable film debut opposite the renowned Kollywood superstar Vikram in "Kadaram Kondan" (2019),a production of the illustrious veteran star Kamal Haasan. Furthermore, she made a minor appearance in the highly acclaimed WB film "Crazy Rich Asians" (2018).
From a young age, Jasmine showcased her enthusiasm for various activities, including track running, swimming, and karate, where she represented the East Malaysian state of Sabah. Her artistic inclination was also evident, as she began playing the piano at the tender age of 7.
Following high school, Jasmine relocated to Sydney, Australia, to pursue higher education and spent 10 years there, concurrently taking on modelling jobs. As her passion for performing arts grew, she started accepting roles in television commercials and dramas, which eventually led to her inclusion in the Warner Bros. film "Crazy Rich Asians". Her subsequent appearances in films like "Our Girl" and "Tarak" further solidified her presence in the industry.
Throughout her career, Jasmine has come to realize that acting is her true calling, and having successfully made a name for herself in Southeast Asia and Kollywood/Bollywood, she now sets her sights on conquering Hollywood. She believes that the characters she portrays help her better understand herself and the ever-changing modern world, driving her to continually push her boundaries and strive for excellence in her craft.
