Jason began his acting career in 1996, starring in the short film Nash Bridges. He then transitioned to modeling, residing in the Bay Area before being discovered by a photographer on location for the film I Know What You Did Last Summer in 1997. He was doubling for Freddie Prinze Jr. at the time, and was subsequently discovered by the photographer.
Jason went on to pose for numerous top magazines, including Industry, Men's Workout, Men's Fitness, YMLA Magazine, Hong Kong Silk, Joe Boxer Int., For Women UK, InStyle Magazine, and Playgirl, among many others. He has also been linked to actress Jennifer Love Hewitt and a former Miss Florida.
In 2005, Jason began modeling for romance novel covers, and as of August 2012, he has appeared on the covers of over 100 romance and sci-fi novels. He is known for his candid interviews with numerous author blogs, where he expresses his concern for smooth skin and maintaining good health.
In 2011, Jason appeared in several fitness and health publications, including Men's Fitness Australia, Exercise & Health Magazine, Men's Workout, Optimyz Fitness, and Scene Bay Area. He shared his expertise on how to stay fit and look younger, offering advice and tips to readers.
