Jeff was born in the vibrant city of Los Angeles, California, and later attended the esteemed Sarah Lawrence College located in the culturally rich state of New York.
In addition to his numerous television guest appearances, including CBS's popular crime drama "Stalker", the long-running crime series "NCIS", the critically acclaimed psychological thriller "The Mentalist", ABC's family drama "The Fosters", the iconic suburban drama "Desperate Housewives", and NBC's esteemed crime procedural "Law and Order", Jeff was a valued member of the cast of ABC's short-lived drama "Birdland" alongside the talented Brian Dennehy.
Furthermore, he was also a part of the cast of the soap opera "One Life to Live" and the comedy series "Bent" alongside the accomplished Amanda Peet and Jeffrey Tambour.
Jeff can currently be seen in the popular HBO comedy-drama "Ballers" alongside the charismatic Dwayne Johnson and the witty Rob Corddry, as well as the revamped FreeForm series "Party of Five" alongside the talented Brandon Larracuente and Emily Tosta.
In addition to his television work, Jeff has also had a successful film career, appearing in notable movies such as "Simone" alongside the legendary Al Pacino and "A Perfect Murder" alongside the iconic Michael Douglas.
Jeff is also involved in various theater projects, including being a member of the respected New York theater company Naked Angels and a project member of the 52nd Street and Virginia Avenue Projects.
