Jerry Levine is a multifaceted individual with a diverse range of experiences as an actor, director, and producer, having made a significant impact across various genres and platforms.
As an actor, Jerry made his feature film debut in the blockbuster comedy TEEN WOLF, playing the iconic character "Stiles" opposite Michael J Fox, and went on to star alongside Tom Cruise in Oliver Stone's Academy Award-nominated film. He has also worked with renowned directors such as Barry Levinson, Rob Reiner, and Ivan Reitman, and has appeared in over one hundred episodes of TV, including recurring roles on the Emmy award-winning WILL AND GRACE and episodes of MONK, SEINFELD, and many others.
In addition to his acting work, Jerry has directed over one hundred episodes of TV, including the musical comedy HIT THE ROAD, and has served as the Co-Executive Producer and Director on various shows. His directorial film debut, BIG AL, was a short film based on a play he produced and directed at The Fountainhead Theatre in Los Angeles, and was televised on Showtime, earning three Cable Ace Award nominations, including Best Theatrical Special, Best Director, and winning the award for Best Actor.
Jerry is also an avid fan of the stage, having worked on over 30 plays at the renowned Roundabout Theatre in New York and the Met Theatre in Los Angeles, and has created ACT ONE, a production company sponsored by Showtime. He serves as the Founding Producer and Artistic Director, producing one-act plays at the Met Theatre.
Jerry holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Boston University College of Fine Arts and a master's degree in psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. He is married to television executive/producer Nina Tassler and they have two children who reside in Los Angeles.
