Joel Berti is a multifaceted American artist, known for his versatility as an actor, photographer, and acting coach. His impressive career spans numerous television series and movies, including lead roles in Fashion House, the Michael Landon Story, and Inside the Osmonds. He has also made a name for himself in the world of Lifetime movies, starring in the Pom Pom Murders, The Wrong Neighbor, Arctic Apocalypse, and Triassic World.
Born on December 17, 1971, in Avon, Connecticut, Joel's passion for performing was ignited during his childhood, where he took part in several school musicals, including Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum, Music Man, and No No Nanette. The thrill of entertaining audiences on stage inspired him to pursue a career in acting.
After a year at Emerson College in Boston, Joel relocated to Los Angeles to further his acting career. He quickly landed his first television role in a Robert Conrad movie of the week, Search and Rescue, on NBC. He went on to book numerous guest spots on popular shows such as Friends, Touched by an Angel, and Days of our Lives. In the mid-to-late 1990s, Joel wrote and performed for Acme Sketch Comedy Theatre, earning praise for his quick wit and humor.
Throughout his career, Joel has taken on a range of roles, from the leading man Daniel Kaffee in A Few Good Men to Bernard in the comedic farce Boeing Boeing. Most recently, he starred in the lead role of the play Is There Sex After Marriage?, which ran for a year at the Two Roads Theatre.
