Joseph Nicholas "Joey" Ambrosini, a multi-talented actor, was born on September 17, 2001, in Bridgeport, Connecticut, to Michele Ambrosini, his devoted single mother. As the only child, Joey was raised in the charming suburban town of Monroe, Connecticut, where he developed a strong sense of self and a passion for the performing arts.
Joey's journey in the entertainment industry began at the tender age of 16, when he made his debut in the movie Vault (2019) as a background actor. As he continued to hone his craft, he landed supporting roles in various films, eventually securing his first speaking role in the horror thriller Burial Ground Massacre (2021) as Perry. He would go on to reprise this role in Damon's Revenge (2022) and make appearances in Johnny & Clyde (2023),Alarmed (2023),and other projects.
Joey's academic pursuits led him to graduate from Masuk High School in 2020 and later earn an associate's degree in theater arts from Connecticut State Housatonic in 2023. During his time at college, he had the opportunity to perform in plays directed by his professor, Geoffrey Sheehan, and even acted in a combination of four short plays in 2022. In 2023, just before graduating, Joey took on the role of Caliban in the stage play Rough Magic by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.
