Biography

John Patrick Patti was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, where he spent his formative years developing a strong foundation for his future endeavors. Prior to relocating to Hollywood to pursue a career in Independent Film, John resided in New York City, where he had the opportunity to train at the prestigious Actor's Studio, the Stella Adler Conservatory, and HB Studios.

During his time in New York City, John acted in numerous Off-Broadway and regional stage productions throughout the Northeast United States, honing his craft and gaining valuable experience. In Los Angeles, John continued his education by studying with renowned instructors Milton Katselas, Jeffrey Tambor, and Joe Santos at the Beverly Hills Playhouse.

John is also a founding member of The Write Act Repertory Theatre Company in Hollywood, where he has had the privilege of acting, producing, and serving on the original Board of Directors for several years. His impressive body of work includes producing the award-winning documentary feature XAVIERA HOLLANDER, "THE HAPPY HOOKER": PORTRAIT OF A SEXUAL REVOLUTIONARY.

In addition to his producing credits, John has also worked as an associate producer, casting director, and actor in the dark-comedy feature film MANIACTS, which starred fellow Buffalonian Jeff Fahey. Since returning to his hometown of Buffalo, John has landed roles in recent films that have been shooting in WNY, including starring as the antagonist in the sci-fi thriller PRESCIENT, which premiered at the Buffalo International Film Festival.

John has also appeared in supporting roles in RAINBOW BRIDGE MOTEL and MALAISIA. Furthermore, he was nominated for a best acting award at the Buffalo, NY 48 Hour Film Project 2017 for his powerful portrayal of a vet with PTSD in the film THE NEVER-ENDING WAR.

John holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he served as the president of the Undergraduate Management Student Association.
