Noted football player and entrepreneur, Alston, hails from Monroe, Louisiana, where his athletic prowess initially earned him a coveted football scholarship to attend Stanford University. During his collegiate years, Alston concurrently pursued a dual academic path, studying Public Policy and Dramatic Writing, thereby fostering a strong foundation for his future endeavors.

As fate would have it, Alston's remarkable skills on the gridiron did not go unnoticed, and he was subsequently drafted by a professional football team in the 2006 NFL draft, securing the 77th overall pick.

After dedicating five seasons to the sport, Alston made the difficult decision to retire from professional football at the tender age of 27, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his life.

Undeterred by his decision to hang up his cleats, Alston redirected his energy and entrepreneurial spirit, founding his production company, CGFC, in January 2011. This bold venture served as a testament to his unwavering dedication to his passions and his unrelenting drive to succeed.
