Jonathan Horne is an accomplished actor and writer who effortlessly navigates both the screen and stage with equal proficiency. Prior to pursuing a career in the performing arts, he spent three years teaching high school literature, laying the foundation for his future success.
In 2010, Jonathan embarked on a transformative journey by joining the prestigious Atlanta Shakespeare Company's apprenticeship program, where he honed his craft and refined his skills. This experience culminated in his signing with the esteemed AMT agency in 2011.
Throughout his illustrious career, Jonathan has had the privilege of bringing to life an impressive array of iconic characters from the Shakespearean canon, including Hamlet, Coriolanus, Romeo, Orlando, and Hal/Henry V. His impressive résumé is further bolstered by four nominations for the prestigious Suzi Bass award, with a notable win for Best Lead Actor as John Proctor in The Crucible in 2016.
Jonathan's artistic development was significantly influenced by his studies at Drama Inc., where he had the opportunity to learn from and be mentored by a talented team of instructors.
