Biography

Josh Gaffga was born in Princeton, New Jersey, to George and Gigi Gaffga, and shortly after, he relocated to Mattituck, Long Island, where he grew up alongside his two brothers, Jamie and Chris, attending Mattituck High School.

Following his high school education, Josh ventured to North Carolina, where he pursued his passion for theatre and acting at Davidson College in Davidson. During his time at the college, he was mentored by Ann Marie Costa and other members of the college theatre department, which further nurtured his interest in the performing arts.

After completing his college education, Josh spent five years acting in regional theatre in Charlotte, taking on various roles, including Biff in "Death of a Salesman", Picasso in "Picasso at the Lapin Agile", Lenny in "Of Mice and Men", and Hal in "Proof".

In addition to his work in theatre, Josh also began acting in film and video productions during his time in the south. He appeared in a Christian film, "Late One Night", released in 2001, as well as the television series "7th Street Theater", which premiered in 2007. He also had roles in "Doc Kom's Surf Shop", a production featuring Bobbie Garn and Billy Graham's World Wide Pictures.

Josh eventually relocated to Denver, where he continued to hone his craft, performing with the Denver Center Theatre Company and starring in "6 Minute Reverie", a film directed by Julie Dibiase. He also appeared in Max Coyote Nova's "The Shaman's Apprentice".
