Josh Mills is a multi-talented Producer/Director with a remarkable 18-year career in film and television production and finance. He has worn many hats, serving as Producer, Director, Casting Director, Writer, and Production Manager, among other roles.
Mills' journey began at KXAS (NBC 5, Fort Worth, Texas),where he cut his teeth in the industry. He later worked with legendary sports caster and former NFL player Pat Summerall, producing business profiles for the Fox News Channel featuring celebrity spokespersons like Cheryl Ladd, Dick Vermeil, and Troy Aikman.
In 2001, Mills made the move to New York and joined Warner Brother's reality division, where he was involved in the production of over 200 episodes of "Change of Heart," "Elimidate," and multiple pilots. He also expanded his skills by studying acting at night, performing at various Manhattan comedy clubs, including Gotham's and Caroline's on Broadway.
After relocating to Los Angeles, Mills landed multiple commercials and various principle and co-starring roles on hit shows like ABC's "In Justice," Comedy Central's "Three Strikes," and the CBS Crime Drama "The Unit." He had the privilege of working alongside veteran screen talent, including Dennis Haysbert, Robert Partick, Ken Jeong, Gabrielle Dennis, and Kyle Maclachlan. Despite his passion for acting, Mills' true love lies behind the camera.
In 2008, Mills teamed up with producing partners TJ Amato and Steven Camp, producing and directing several projects, including the feature documentary "Sugar Wars" and the feature film "Brother's Keeper," starring Ray Wise, Michael Rooker, W. Earl Brown, and Country Music star Travis Tritt.
In 2016, Mills and Camp formed TEN10 Television, partnering with EUE/Sokolow to provide high-end television content to major networks. As a key member of the team, Mills is responsible for developing projects, managing operations, negotiating with distributors, and strategic planning. He is a member of The Directors Guild of America, The Screen Actors Guild/The American Federation of Television and Radio Artists, and the Lone Star Film Society.
