Keean Manny Johnson, born on October 25, 1996, in the picturesque foothills of the Colorado Rockies, is the offspring of a British father and an American mother. Throughout his life, Keean has been home-schooled alongside his younger brother Cade, allowing him to dedicate a significant portion of his time to nurturing his multifaceted passions for dance, music, acting, and photography.
Prior to embarking on his illustrious career, Keean had the opportunity to perform over 300 shows on Broadway, showcasing his exceptional talent. In 2010, he relocated from Manhattan to Chicago, where he continued to hone his craft and soon caught the attention of a prominent casting director, Claire Simon. This serendipitous encounter ultimately led to the Johnson family's relocation to Los Angeles, enabling Keean to further refine his acting skills and audition for various TV and film projects.
Keean Johnson's feature film debut was a leading role in the highly anticipated James Cameron-produced and Robert Rodriguez-directed Alita: Battle Angel, a $200 million budget film that boasted an impressive ensemble cast, including Christoph Waltz and Jennifer Connelly.
