Ken Appledorn is a multi-talented individual, exceling as an actor, presenter, radio host, and comedian. His educational background includes a degree from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Despite having a successful career, Ken made the bold decision to leave his profession behind and relocate to Sevilla, Spain to immerse himself in the local language and culture, and subsequently began his acting journey.
Ken's acting career gained momentum with his roles in the series Malviviendo (2008) and El viaje de Peter McDowell (2009),both directed by the talented David Sainz. These projects became viral hits, garnering over 100 million views nationally and internationally. His impressive performance earned him the Best Actor award at the prestigious Malaga Film Festival for the independent film Casting (2013),and he has been nominated twice for Best Andalusian Actor.
Today, Ken continues to thrive in the entertainment industry, working on exciting projects for prominent platforms such as Netflix, Amazon, BBC, Apple TV, HBO/MAX, and Movistar+. He has had the privilege of collaborating with renowned directors like Woody Allen, Sebastián Borensztein, Rafa Lara, Bart Layton, Galder Gaztelu-Urrutia, Mariano Cohn, and Gastón Duprat, among others.
