Laura Liguori, a talented actress from Scottsdale, Arizona, has made a name for herself in the entertainment industry with her impressive range of roles in both television and film.
Most recently, she was cast in the recurring role of Elizabeth Shannon House in Showtime Network's "American Gigolo" alongside Jon Bernthal and Gretchen Mol.
Currently, she can be seen in the title role of the award-winning film "Hollywood Girl: The Peg Entwistle Story" on Amazon Prime and in the art house film "Hello, Say" directed by Guy Zimmerman and filmmaker Bradly Cooper.
Her extensive TV/Film credits include "Love, Lust, and A Room Key" on Amazon, "The Boogie Dilemma" on Amazon, "Suburgatory", "Ugly Betty", "Weeds", and "Growing Up Fisher".
On stage, Liguori has made a significant impact with her critically-acclaimed performances in various Off-Broadway productions. She starred in the NYC premiere of Murray Mednick's "Mayakovsky and Stalin" and portrayed a famous German actress in the world premiere of Tania Wisbar's and Jonathan Sanger's "The Red Dress".
She also played the role of Marilyn Monroe in "Marilyn, Madness, and Me" and the leading role of Laura in all six of Mednick's "The Gary Plays", which were workshopped over two years before a full production by Open Fist Theatre Company.
Additionally, she appeared in the stage production "Between Pretty Places" which premiered in Los Angeles and New York at the HERE Arts Center in Soho.
Liguori's classical training was at the Oxford School of Drama in Oxford, England, and Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
