Lauren, a talented individual, has dedicated her career to creating, performing, and inspiring others through her passion for entertainment. Her journey began at the tender age of two when she started dancing, and it wasn't long before she fell deeply in love with the art form. Throughout her formative years and into early adulthood, Lauren continued to dance, eventually becoming a professional dancer.
She gained international recognition during Super Bowl XLVIII when she was selected to be one of Beyoncé's dancers for the halftime show, which was watched by millions. Lauren has also danced in several music videos, including Aloe Blacc featuring Rebirth Brass Band's "Can you do this", The Jonas Brothers' "Pom poms", and Clay Walker's "Jesse James". Moreover, she spent two seasons as an NFL cheerleader for the New Orleans Saints, taking immense pride in performing in front of 80,000 fervent fans each Sunday in the New Orleans Superdome.
At the age of 20, Lauren moved to Los Angeles, where she discovered a new passion for acting. Two years later, she relocated to New Orleans, a hub of the thriving film industry in the south, and began to make a name for herself in the acting world. After deciding not to return to the NFL Cheerleading team, she was able to focus all her energy on acting. Most recently, she has guest-starred on NCIS: New Orleans and ABC Network's Astronaut Wives Club, as well as appeared in feature films such as "The Shelter", "Sulfur", "Sex, Love, and Texts", "Silk Skream", and Hallmark's "Rodeo and Juliet".
Lauren is thoroughly enjoying this natural progression from dancing into acting, relishing any opportunity to express her creativity. Born in sunny Tampa, Florida, she is of Cuban descent from her paternal grandmother and Italian descent. Growing up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana as the oldest of two children in a small family, Lauren spent most of her adolescent years perfecting her craft in the dance studio. She traveled to various dance competitions across the US, winning awards and scholarships at numerous conventions.
When she was 12 years old, her parents got divorced, prompting her to focus more on her creative outlets and explore her passion for all things expressive. The experiences she had traveling to different parts of the country and being exposed to various cultures further broadened her perspective and outlook on life.
Currently, Lauren resides in New Orleans, working as an actress, model, and dancer. She divides her time between New Orleans, Mississippi, Atlanta, Dallas, and hopes to return to Los Angeles in the near future.
