Lee Curreri, a multifaceted music producer, has crafted songs for a diverse range of artists, including Natalie Cole for EMI and Phil Perry for Capitol Records.
He has also collaborated with Siedah Garrett, Nicolette Larson, Kid Creole, and the Coconuts, in addition to working as an arranger and keyboardist for notable artists such as Brenda Russell, Ernie Isley for Elektra Records, "E" for Polydor, Gregory Gray for Elektra, The Royal Macadamians for Island Records, Martha Davis, and Sly Stone on the soundtrack for the 1986 film Soul Man.
Curreri's impressive resume also includes scoring a CBS-TV Movie of the Week, starring Mickey Rooney, entitled Bill: On His Own in 1983, as well as writing music for four television documentaries for Metromedia and HBO, and two theme songs for network and syndicated specials.
As an arranger, Curreri has worked for the Public Theater in New York under the direction of Joseph Papp.
Furthermore, Lee Curreri played the role of Bruno in the movie and television series Fame in 1980, writing and performing seven songs and numerous dance cues for the TV show.
He has also collaborated with Jeff Rona on music for the CBS show Chicago Hope in 1994, and has two animation shows currently running, featuring music by Curreri and Rusty Andrews.
