Born in Cadiz, Ohio, Leland White, a member of a long-standing lineage of Railroad Workers and Coal Miners, grew up with a sense of determination and a dream to make a name for himself in the entertainment industry as an actor. Despite his family's financial stability, Leland's aspirations took him on a journey to pursue his passion for acting.
As a young man, Leland received a degree in Radio and Broadcasting from the prestigious Radio TV and Broadcasting School in Huntington Beach, California, marking the beginning of his acting career.
Throughout his extensive acting career, Leland has had the opportunity to appear in numerous films, including Janky Promoters starring Ice Cube and Mike Epps, where he played the role of KK, and Alien Anthropologists, where he portrayed Big Hudson aka Crip Gangster. He has also appeared in Movie Dead Cruelty, where he played the character of Peter Bickens, and Straight Outta Compton, where he played the role of The Lench Mob Bodyguard.
In addition to his film work, Leland has appeared in several television shows, including Tattoo Nightmares, Operation Repo, Will to Live, 1000 ways to Die, and Wedding Guest in the critically acclaimed film 500 Days of Summer, starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel. He has also appeared in True Horror Stories and Celebrity Crime Files.
On the stage, Leland has had the privilege of appearing in productions such as My Brothers Keeper, where he played the role of Head, and Can God's Love Reach in the Dark, where he portrayed Uncle Tony.

As a self-taught actor, Leland has appeared in several projects, including the TV mini-series Death Row Chronicles, where he played the role of a bodyguard.
Despite his busy schedule, Leland prioritizes his role as a father of six children and two grandchildren, and he has managed to maintain an internet radio station, O.T.R. On The Rise, which focuses on uplifting youth and supporting unsigned music artists. He is also the owner of Street Notes Records, which has a distribution deal with the Universal Music Group.
