Lindsley was born and raised in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains of Virginia, surrounded by a loving family that consisted of two older brothers, a younger sister, and an assortment of animals. Her parents, John, a financial advisor, and Lila Register, a high school science teacher, played a significant role in her upbringing and instilled in her a strong sense of values and principles.
As she grew older, Lindsley's passion for acting began to take center stage. She initially pursued a major in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) in college, but soon discovered her true calling and switched to a degree in acting. This bold move paid off, as she went on to graduate with a double major in theatre performance and theatre education.
After completing her education, Lindsley launched her professional acting career, quickly securing an agent and landing roles on some of the most popular television shows. Her impressive resume boasts a costarring role opposite the talented Kevin Spacey on House of Cards, a series regular spot on The History Channel's new show Six, and a recurring costar role on AMC's The Walking Dead.
Despite her busy schedule, Lindsley remains adaptable and willing to relocate for new opportunities. When not on set, she can be found cozied up with her two beloved cats, Beowulf and Grendl, and indulging in her favorite Thai cuisine at local restaurants.
