Loore Aaslav-Kaasik, born Loore Martma on September 15, 1985, is a multifaceted Estonian professional with a rich background in education, acting, and directing.
Loore's educational journey commenced at Keila Gymnasium, where she graduated in 2004. She then pursued higher education at Tartu University, earning a degree in music in 2007 and later, in 2011, a degree in directing from the same institution's Viljandi Academy of Culture.
Her academic pursuits continued at the Estonian Academy of Music and Theater, where she studied theater pedagogy from 2014 to 2016, focusing on topics such as anxiety, stage fright, work stress, depression, and burnout among Estonian actors and directors. In 2016, she successfully defended her master's thesis, titled "The Art of Burnout". Loore is currently enrolled in Tallinn University's doctoral program, exploring the field of health behavior and well-being.
Loore's professional experience spans various roles, including music director at the Von Krahl Theater from 2011 to 2014, where she also worked as an actress and producer. Her 2012 production of "13" showcased her skills as a producer. Since 2014, Loore has been a freelancer, applying her diverse skills and expertise to various projects.
