Born with a strong sense of determination, Lora's family relocated to the United States at the tender age of fifteen, fleeing the erupting civil war in her native country of Yugoslavia, now Bosnia. Initially intended to be a temporary move, the war forced her family to claim America as their new home. Despite struggling to learn English, Lora refused to enroll in an ESL class, instead opting to immerse herself in her new environment and prove to herself and others that she was capable of overcoming adversity.
Throughout high school, Lora dedicated herself to her studies, maintaining a 4.0 GPA while training relentlessly to become the top-ranked varsity tennis player. Her academic achievements earned her numerous awards, and her Senior Class voted her "Class Bookworm". This remarkable feat was merely a precursor to her future accomplishments.
Following high school, Lora traveled to Milan to explore the world of modeling, where her stunning looks and six-foot frame made her a natural on the runway. Despite her success, her love of academia led her back to the United States, where she enrolled at the University of Wisconsin. A double-major in Finance and French, Lora graduated at the top of her class of over 800 students in just three and a half years, with Honors and a 4.0 GPA. Her impressive academic achievements earned her a recruitment by several investment banks, ultimately leading her to settle at the Morgan Stanley headquarters in the heart of New York City.
On her way home from a late night at the office, Lora stumbled upon a small acting studio, where she was drawn in by the infectious energy of the acting class. Without hesitation, she enrolled, recognizing an opportunity to express herself in a new and uninhibited environment. A few months later, to the surprise of her coworkers and family, Lora left the financial industry to pursue a career in acting.
