Marcelo Tubert, a talented actor and voice artist, embarked on his theatrical journey at the tender age of three, when a child actor in a visiting troupe fell ill and he stepped in to perform in Garcia Lorca's Yerma.
As he grew older, Marcelo and his family relocated to Los Angeles, where he discovered his passion for acting in high school and further honed his craft at Los Angeles City College's Theatre Arts Department.
Among his early influences, Marcelo cites the renowned actor Alejandro Rey, who played a significant role in shaping his artistic vision.

Throughout his career, Marcelo has made numerous recurring and guest-starring appearances on popular television shows such as Prison Break, NCIS, Jane the Virgin, New Girl, CSI:Miami, Supah Ninjas, Without a Trace, ER, The War At Home, Monk, George Lopez, JAG, Frasier, Seinfeld, and Star Trek: The Next Generation, where he played the role of Acost Jared, Leader of Ventax 2.
Marcelo's film credits include notable roles in Miss Congeniality 2: Armed and Fabulous, Tremors 2: Aftershocks, Postcards from the Edge, and the Roger Corman-directed remake of The Masque of the Red Death.
As a voice artist, Marcelo has lent his talents to a variety of projects, including the English version of Toys in the Attic, where he voiced the character Laurent. His other notable voice roles include Pinky and the Brain, Batman: The Animated Series, The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest, King of the Hill, Kung Fu Panda 2, Madagascar 2, Over The Hedge, Shrek II, Shark Tale, Apocalypto, and Passion of the Christ.
