Margaret Newborn, a native Californian, was born into a multicultural family that fostered her early passion for performing arts. From a young age, she took to the stage, sharing the spotlight with her siblings, Vin and Sylvia, in community theater productions. Her parents, Lionel and Cynthia Newborn, provided a comfortable upbringing, allowing her to pursue her creative interests.
Margaret's early career began with public television and After School TV projects, which laid the foundation for her future endeavors. She joined the Thespian troupe 214 as a member of Garey High School's drama club in Pomona, California. Not only was she a talented thespian, but she was also a competitive swimmer, lifeguard, and swim instructor.
Margaret's personal life is just as impressive as her professional accomplishments. She is the proud single mother of four grown children, who have all flown the nest. As her children have grown older, Margaret has had the opportunity to revisit her first passion, acting. She has traveled the world, visiting numerous countries, including participating in yearly missions trips.
Now that her children are all grown, Margaret has transitioned out of corporate America and is focusing on her acting career. With her extensive experience in the entertainment industry, she is poised to take on new challenges and continue to pursue her passion for the performing arts.
